Linda Louise Serrano, 46, of Smithfield Township, died early Sunday morning, May 12 at Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg. She was the wife of Carlos A. Serrano. They enjoyed over nine years together,and had just been married on August 25, 2012.
Born November 3, 1966 in Chicago, IL, Linda was the daughter of Sue Louise (Graham) Andrews of Churchville, and the late James W. Andrews.
She was a teacher at the Seylar Elementary School in Perkasie where she taught for many years, living for the past ten of those in Monroe County.
Linda enjoyed volunteering at the Last Chance Ranch Animal Rescue and was also a member of Zeta Tau Alpha.
In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by a brother, David Andrews of Virginia Beach, VA, and four children, Robert Branch Jr. of San Diego, CA, Christopher Branch of East Stroudsburg, Rebecca Serrano of Arlington, VA and Angelina Serrano of Milford.
There will be a memorial service at 1:00pm Saturday, May 25 at Harmony Gardens, 127 Harmony Lane, Saylorsburg. Private cremation took place at the H.G. Smith Crematory in Stroudsburg.
