Sharon M. Curtis, 68, of Neola, died Saturday morning, November 3, at home.

Born on August 8, 1944 in Palmerton, she was a daughter of the late Herman F. and Shirley H. (Hahn) Meinhart and was a lifetime resident of Monroe County.

She is survived by her husband, John A. Curtis, Sr. of East Stroudsburg; five children, Michelle Sawyer of Whitehall, Robert Sawyer and his wife, Rose of Neola, Lenard Sawyer and his wife, Ellen of Gouldsboro, Timothy Sawyer of Fortworth, TX and John Curtis, Jr. and his wife, Kerrie of East Stroudsburg; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren and a sister, Iraina Battista of Michigan. She was preceded in death by a brother, David F. Meinhart.

As per her wishes there will be no viewing or services. Cremation will take place at the H.G. Smith Crematory, Stroudsburg with private burial in Prospect Cemetery, East Stroudsburg.

Memorial remembrances may be made to Pocono Davita Dialysis Center, 100 Plaza Court (suite B), East Stroudsburg, PA 18301 or American Cancer Society, RR 13, Box 2138, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.

Arrangements are under the direction of the William H. Clark Funeral Home, 1003 Main Street, Stroudsburg, PA
